The living room has two comfortable sofas (one can open up into a double bed) and two armchairs. It is equipped with new TV, DVD and CD player.

There is a large garden around the villa with lawn, trees, flowers and herbs. On the main balcony there is a large table and 6 comfortable chairs.

The common swimming pool is very large, 172sqm ,with baby pool, showers, umbrellas and sunbeds and it is located 20m from the villa.
